[NSFW] – Emma Quinlan – Minions

Emma Quinlan, what a woman. She wears many hats and does it well. Her Twitter bio sums her up well: “Geek, Usually found on a mountain. Dogs & horses, yoga or writing. Crossfit gets me to summits, Everest summit 2017. editor/contributor/dreamer:”

I shot with Emma in studio ages ago ( Oct 2014) but didn’t get around to posting the pictures for two main reasons. One being they it was for a feature in Arsenic Magazine (since removed?) and also for the fact that i have generally kept and NSFW ( Not Safe for Work ) images away from the blog. Not sure really why… maybe it’s the catholic upbringing casting a un-approaving eye over it. Either way… I am over that now and have lots of NSFW shoots to post up. The are a mixt classy fashion nipple, black and white type shots, right up to more glamour looks that I shoot… mostly when in the UK. Click the NSFW tag to view more shoots like that.

But minions I hear you say? Aye…. sure why not. Emma love her minions and sure any excuse it good to get to hang out with Emma. Emma is a very interesting girl and has done lots and have lots going on . Follow her on Twitter and Instagram to keep up with what she does.

Aoife McGrane

Aoife McGrane, Miss Irish Sun 2015 dropped down to The Studio for a test shoot. Test shoots are great to do every so often as it allows me to keep the creative brain ticking over. As sports and event photography is the main body of work, it can get repetitive. Shooting portraits keep things fresh and new as every face is different.

Rachel Wallace Blonde Bombshell

If you have been following my blog / work for a while ( let’s face it… you’re just here for the hot women) then you would know that I Rachel Wallace and I go back a few years. You can catch up with all of Rachel’s shoots here.

I am still in catch up mode with getting older work up here on the website that I should have done years ago, hence why the lack of much background info on a shoot. It is just because I shot this last year and I just can’t remember the particulars 🙂 . This post is actually a combination of two shoots though, one quick shoot with just me and Rachel and the other was when Rachel popped down with Eve Ryan for a shoot.

Anastasia Nova in Los Angeles

Anastasia was another fab model that I met on my 2015 LA Trip. Anastasia is a Russian born, Model / Actress based in LA. I can’t remember exactly how we got in touch with each other, I think she seen my instagram post looking for LA models and she liked it. I followed it up then.

Anastasia has the most amazing blue eyes and a distinctive look. She has a fantastic athletic figure and is your regular gym bunny. I shoot with a mix of windows light some looks but the majority of lights I was using the flash on camera with the flash bracket.

Kerrie Mahon in Santa Monica, LA

Kerrie is a beautiful Irish girl who has also found herself living in LA, Santa Monica to be exact. I meet up with Kerrie on my 2015 LA Trip for a few hours to shoot and hang out. Kerrie is an interesting person and indeed a successful author also. You can check out her book, “Confessions of a Teenage Ballerina” on Amazon.

Kerrie has an amazing figure as the pictures show. She is a popular and regular feature on LA billboards when she models for 138 Water. You can see even more fab pictures of Kerrie on this Google Image Search.

Johanna Archbold

Johanna “Jo” Archbold is one of the rising models at the moment and an aspiring photographer. Currently with Assets after moving from 1st Option, she is super busy these days. I shot with Jo twice just before she signed with Assets, just test shoots. One shoot on location and the other in studio. Here is a selection of shots from both days.

Jo is great to work with. As well as being beautiful, she is a great model and good craic too. We good range of shots from the days, from natural right up to a sexy lingerie look. Hard to say which look was my favourite as there was so many nice shots to choose.
